| Homeward Bound Auctions Homes to Raise Money for Affordable Housing |

| PUBLIC NOTICE HOUSE AUCTION TO BENEFIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING Date: May 24, 2007 Location: North Peninsula Builder's Association (NPBA) Membership Meeting Time: 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Homeward Bound, an affordable housing community land trust for Clallam and Jefferson counties, has acquired title to four homes that must be moved as part of a watershed/floodplain reclamation project. These homes will be offered for sale at an auction held at the May 24th meeting of the NPBA. Interested bidders must attend the dinner and auction. Successful Bidder Requirements: 1. The minimum bid for each home is $10,000 2. If the home will be moved to Port Angeles or Sequim, moving costs are included with the price of the home. 3. A recent title report documenting proof of ownership or proof of site control for destination of home. 4. Bidders must attend the NPBA membership dinner on the 24th and pay in cash or money order. Bidders must be on the list of auction attendees. Home showing: We are having one showing May 11, 2007 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. before the auction.
