Kendra has worked in the affordable housing arena for over 20 years. Since 2000 her partnerships with Homeward Bound, the Clallam Housing Authority and OlyCAP have included support for the Great IDEA, a matched saving program for low income families to save for asset acquisition. She has made numerous successful applications to the Seattle Federal Home Loan Bank for Affordable Housing Program grants to support down-payment, acquisition, development, and matches for savings. She currently administers First Federal’s Community Dividend Program. Ms. Waggoner is an advisor to Homeward Bound staff and the Development Committee.
